Take Route 4 West (approximately 10 miles) to Route 208 North.
* Take 208 North approximately 5-7 miles to the Ewing Avenue exit in Franklin Lakes. Make a left onto Ewing Avenue and take it to the end. Make a left turn onto High Mountain Road and proceed approximately 1 mile to a fork. Bear right onto Belmont Avenue, and proceed ¼ miles. The Tides Estate will be on your right.

Take Route 23 North to the Ratzer Road (Service Road) Exit, and turn right onto Ratzer Road, Route 504 East. At the first light, stay in the left lane and go straight. Continue on Ratzer Road approximately 5 miles (the road name changes to Haledon Avenue) past William Paterson University, until you reach Belmont Avenue. Turn left onto Belmont Avenue and proceed approximately 2 miles. The Tides Estate is on the left, just past David’s Custom Cakes.
Take I-287 North to Exit 59 (Route 208 South), and proceed approximately 2 miles. Take the Ewing Avenue exit and turn right onto Ewing Avenue. (From this point, follow the directions as noted (*) above.)
Take the Garden State Parkway North to Exit 160. Turn left and follow the signs to Route 4 West, then to Route 208 North. (From this point, follow the directions as noted (*) above.)
Take the Garden State Parkway South to Route 17 South, then to Route 4 West. Proceed approximately 1 mile to Route 208 North. (From this point, follow the directions as noted (*) above.)
Proceed south to I-287 South. Follow the signs to Route 208 South, and proceed approximately 2 miles. Take the Ewing Avenue exit and turn right onto Ewing Avenue. (From this point, follow the directions as noted (*) above.)
Take it to Exit 16 W. Follow signs to Route 3 West, then to Route 17 North, then to Route 4 West, then to Route 208 North. From this point, follow the directions as noted above.
